This training allows for applicants to complete the training separately or together. If a couple is taking the training together, please ensure you document both names on the next slide. The names that appear on participant details will appear on the certificate. Certificates can be saved and maintained as part of your licensing training record.

  • Licensing Agency:

    Use the Drop-Down Menu to select your agency.
