Safety Awareness and Requirements

This Module consists of several pages which explain the safety requirements and the STOP observation program for E Light Electric Services, Inc.  

Read all of the information and take takes as you complete the module. You will need to complete an exam at the end of the module, and you must score an 80% or better in order to be given credit for completing this course. This course is required annually for all E Light Electric Operations, Quality, Safety, and Training personnel. 

These procedures are a vital part of keeping all our personnel safe. If you observe these procedures not being followed or being done incorrectly, you are obligated to inform your supervisor of this deficiency. If that does not correct the deficiency, you are obligated to inform the Director of Education and Loss Prevention. 

You will only be allowed two attempts to pass the exam with an 80%. If you do not pass the exam after two attempts, you must contact the instructor at celliott@dgwtraining.com and make arrangements for a session of tutoring and arrange to retake the test.
