SW/CN Appointments

The Appointments Learning Track will cover Scheduling Appointments using the Scheduling Calendar, Assigning an Appointment to a Sales or Service Rep, how to print Address Labels for sending Pre-Mailer packets, using List Views to Confirm Appointments with the Homeowner and last, Resulting (indicating the outcome) of Appointments from the field.

Some companies will use the SolutionView app to create Quotes and record Appointment Results, while other companies will use the improveit 360 Mobile App to Create Quotes and Result Appointments.
