The Academy is a central hub for the employees of your franchise units to review all the necessary training material. You can put all your content in one place and share it easily by dividing your employees into groups. A group can be a franchise unit, for instance. However, you can also take it one step further by creating franchise unit groups to differentiate between line and staff functions training. After all, each department may require different training.
Access to specific groups
You can set the administrators' access to specific groups only and give them different levels of authorization. For example, an Academy group administrator can add and remove participants from their assigned group, or they can only view their assigned groups’ results. Whether a franchise unit consists of one group or multiple smaller groups to cover different line and staff functions, the extra administrator can do the participant management of this location while you keep control over the learning material.
