Common challenge
We made some product videos to help inform and improve employees’ advice and sales pitches. We also use these videos to maintain quality standards across our units and branches. How can we use Easy LMS to deliver training videos?
Our solution
It is possible with our tool to embed instruction videos. The only condition is that you have uploaded the instruction videos on a common platform such as YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, or Brightcove. While this sounds like a limitation, it gives you more freedom! Since we do not host your videos, there is no size limit! You can add as many videos to your Courses as you want! Your videos can also be set to private to protect the information from unauthorized people.
Use an embed link
The video training can be taken on a smartphone and tablet
Once you’ve uploaded your video to a streaming platform, the next steps are straightforward. First, you need to create a Course that consists of multiple slides. You can upload a video to a slide using an embed link. You can add a timer to each slide to ensure information intake and to stop your employees from skipping material.
The video training can be taken on a smartphone and tablet since our LMS is responsive and designed to meet all of today’s remote expectations.
