How can we distribute our training material among our vendors, resellers, and distributors?

Our solution

Medium-sized businesses interact with their vendors, resellers, and distributors in different ways. Therefore we offer multiple ways to share your training material:

Option 1: You can embed your training material onto your website.

If you have a dedicated webpage with information about your product., you can use this to distribute your Courses. We do not recommend this option if your Courses contain sensitive information or are mandatory because you cannot control who takes the Course. Nevertheless, you can still track progress and send reminders as long as filling in a mail address and name at the beginning of the Course is required.

Option 2: You can copy and paste the URL of your material to an email, your LinkedIn, Whatsapp, or another channel.

Do you receive a high response rate to your emails and newsletter? This is the way to go. We do not recommend this option if your Courses contain sensitive information or are mandatory because you cannot control who takes the course. Nevertheless, you can still track progress and send reminders as long as filling in a mail address and name at the beginning of the Course is required.

Option 3: You can invite people to take your training content by emailing a unique link and password.

This third option allows you more control over who takes the training because you invite them yourself. You can check its status and send a reminder if your partner is behind. To be clear: you don’t have to email the links and passwords yourself. We will take care of it. The only thing we need is an email address and name, which you can import in one go.

Option 4: You can share your content through the Academy.

Integrating your partners 'contact information into our tool is easy

We would recommend this if you want to run a certified training program with multiple mandatory Courses and Exams. You can offer your training material in a set order and make specific groups within the Academy. The latter allows you to distribute a specific training program (one for your distributors and one for your resellers) while having all content in the same place.
